A pull-off is a pluck with the fretting hand. Don't yank the string sideways. Strike the new note clean and listen for it.
Tempo doesn't matter on this exercise. Clean does. If you're getting fatigued, you're using too much force. Slow down and relax.

Different fret position every day across the week. Stay in the same position for the full six minutes, but change strings after a few reps.
