Nailing The Shapes & Cleaning Up Your Technique

The goal of this module is simple:

✅ Learn all seven 3-note-per-string shapes in the major scale (and its related modes)

✅ Clean up your alternate picking technique, from both hands.

I'll be demonstrating everything in the key of C major, but if you're already comfortable with that key, just pick a less familiar one. This way, players at any level can get the most out of this routine.

⏱️ This routine is divided into 4 parts and takes about 25 to 30 minutes:

1. Six-string shapes
2. Two-string groups
3. Single-string sequences
4. Picking-hand focus exercises

We'll be using three core practice tools throughout this routine:

Each tool will be fully explained in the video lesson for its section.

🔁 It's very important to follow the instructions closely, and if you do, this will be one of the most efficient ways to improve your technique and internalize these shapes for life.
